What Ari can coordinate: Ari can design the guiding sequence, recommend pacing, connect themes and coordinate his own availability and agreed transportation arrangements. Guiding, recommendations and services that require a licensed travel agent or separate supplier are kept clearly distinct — hotels, flights, tickets and transport are never represented as included unless specifically contracted and legally supported.
Good to know: A useful proposal requires dates, group profile, hotel bases, transport expectations, mobility, observance, interests, previous visits and an approximate budget range. Site hours and security conditions must be rechecked near travel.

How many guided days should we book?
Not necessarily every day. Ari can recommend where private guiding creates the most value and where free time makes sense.
Can Ari book hotels and flights?
Not unless a compliant operational arrangement exists. He can work around confirmed bookings and provide recommendations.
Can the itinerary change during the trip?
Often yes, subject to availability, tickets, transport and site conditions.
Is transportation included?
Only when explicitly quoted. The proposal states whether transport is included, recommended or arranged separately.
Can the trip combine religious and non-religious interests?
Yes. The advantage of a custom journey is that the balance belongs to the group.
