What this site collects
When you use the planning form at Plan Your Tour, you choose what to share. This may include your name, email, optional phone number, travel dates, group details, preferred language, interests, accessibility or family needs, budget range, and notes. The form may also record the page or campaign that brought you to it.
Why it is used
The information is used to review your inquiry, understand whether the requested tour is a good fit, prepare a proposal when relevant, communicate with you, and manage any resulting booking. Providing the information is voluntary, but Ari may be unable to respond or plan accurately without the essential contact and trip details.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are delivered to Ari and processed using private Google services. The website and its communications also rely on hosting, email, and other technical providers acting on behalf of the business. These providers may process data in other countries under their own security and privacy safeguards. Information is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Analytics and local storage
If analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate page visits and interactions. Inquiry text, email addresses, phone numbers, and answers about religious, political, accessibility, or other personal context are not intentionally sent to analytics tools. The site may use temporary browser storage to preserve form progress or carry a tour selection into the planning form.
Retention and security
Inquiry and booking information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
No mailing list
This site does not currently operate an email newsletter or marketing list. Your contact details are used for your inquiry and any resulting booking, not for unrelated advertising.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information is held about you and request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping obligations. Write to hello@echoesoftheland.co. Ari may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
