Payments
One invoice from us for the whole operation, or payment collection from each participant, so you are not the one chasing money.
Cancellations and changes
Supplier cancellation terms checked before anything is booked, and rebooking handled when plans, weather or the situation on the ground change.
Sites and reservations
Entry tickets, national park bookings and time slots at sites that need them, arranged before the group arrives.

Licensed tour guide in Israel (License No. 21953), based in Tel Aviv, working in English and Spanish. He still guides groups himself, so the program is planned by someone who knows how long a site really takes, where a group gets tired and what can go wrong on the day.
